| PGPRM Certificate Ceremony |

We had the Award of Certificates for the PGPRM first batch on the 20th February, 2009. It was a joyful and auspicious occasion that earmarked a milestone for Bangalore Management Academy. For BMA it saw the completion of the First of many more Retail students to grace its halls. It marked the transition for our students from college life to professional life. Since it was the first batch the award ceremony was very intimate and opened for a very select few.
We had the Mr. Joe Thomas- Director BMA, Mr. Gibson Vedamani , Mr. Lawrence Fernandes – Director Retail learning rai and Mr. Rony Kurien - Program Director BMA, the faculty grace the occasion along with the graduating students who showed up in full strength along with a the junior batches to witness the see off in style.
The ceremony was started by the reciting of Sanskrit shlokas for the auspicious beginning of the oncoming ventures that the students will be embarking on. The graduating students were addressed by Mr. Joe Thomas, Mr. Vedamani, Mr. Fernandes and Mr. Rony Kurien, offering them felicitations and valuable advice on how to conduct themselves in their professional lives.
We have two of the students speak on behalf of the graduating class. It was Arjun ShivShanker and Geeta Singh who walked down the memory lane for the entire PGPRM 1 batch. They spoke about their experiences and learnings whilst at BMA. The Certificates were awarded by the guests who attended the ceremony. The ceremony was concluded by the singing of National Anthem.
A photo session was also conducted.
The meeting and mingling carried on during the tea and snacks served for the occasion.
