"The International Business Project (IBP)"- Free Market Economy Simulation held on 28th October 2009.

The International Business Project (IBP), a part of the MBA programme, strives to equip our students with nodal skills and capabilities required to understand and execute new business operations in the real world, external to the nurtured environs of a business school.

On the 28 October 2009 the different teams held the Free Market Economy Simulation in the Multi-purpose Auditorium in the Sports Complex at BMA. The students had a gala time exhibiting their managerial, marketing and financial skills, in 40 different stalls, with the most “innovative business idea” team taking home the cup.

“In today’s competitive environment, one true differentiator revolves around the notion of ‘innovation’; which in itself revolves around the creation of wealth. ‘Innovation’, simply put, is an act of bringing an idea to the market, profitably and we, at BMA, endevour to achieve just that, for our students; through the International Business Project (IBP). This course strives to inculcate in our students the ability to produce a viable business plan, through a process which is rigourous, as well as, exciting. Here students work together as teams with the help of expert mentors to experience the vagaries of the market and to be able to overcome it. To our experience, students find it invigorating and most enriching experience of their whole MBA progamme”.
